[RESOLVED] Course Capture service interruption

March 23, 2017

Update, 4:30pm: A fix has been applied to the Course Capture system, and it is currently processing a backlog of videos from the last two days. It is likely that this process will take the rest of today to complete. We will be checking in again tomorrow morning to make sure that it completed without further issues.

Course Capture has been unable to post newly recorded lectures to bCourses and CalCentral since March 21st, 2pm. Previously posted lectures are still available and recordings are still occurring as scheduled.

ETS staff are currently working on a solution to this issue, but have no ETA on a fix as of yet.
