[Update 10/3 4pm] The issue is resolved. Recordings are now being shared but it may take another two hours before all recordings are processed.
[Update 10/3 10am] Recordings that ended before 10/1 3pm have been manually shared and posted. We will continue with this workaround until we find a permanent solution.
[Update 10/2 3:40pm] The fix did not work and we have started investigating again.
[Update 10/2 1:57pm] A fix for course capture has been deployed. It will take about an hour before the Course Capture team know if the deployed fix was successful.
Course Capture has not been able to share and post recordings since ~2pm, Tuesday, Oct. 1st. We're investigating the cause and will provide an update as soon as possible.
Recordings are not lost and will be posted when service resumes. Previously posted recordings are still accessible.
