We would like to share some information about technology support in our classrooms to help you prepare for your return to in-person instruction.
Familiarize Yourself: Please visit our revamped Classroom Database to learn more about the technology available in your classroom before coming on campus.
Live Support Options: We are happy to be able to provide just-in-time support virtually via our new Live Chat offering on our website, as well as through the Virtual Helpdesk (Zoom link). We are not currently providing just-in-time in-person technology support due to COVID-19.
Course Capture Recordings: Your classroom is Course Capture capable and you should have received an invitation email to sign up for this free service to automatically record class. For more information, please visit Course Capture - Instructors Getting Started.
Classroom Cleaning and Safety: We are working with Facilities Services and the Office of the Registrar to prepare for a clean and safe return to our classrooms for in-person instruction.
