[ETS General Service Advisory October 23 -26]

October 22, 2018

Due to the AFSCME and UPTE labor action scheduled on October 23 -26, ETS currently expects delays in responses for many of our services including bCourses and classroom technology due to limited capacity anticipated at CSS IT Help Desk during and after the labor strike.

Classroom Technology Support:

Classroom support Help Desk hours are expected to remain the same throughout the week: 7:30 am - 8 pm Monday - Thursday, and 7:30am - 5 pm Friday. The teams will work to respond to requests as quickly as possible during this time. Delays in response time may occur. Normal staffing levels in our large auditoriums will be a priority.

bCourses + Teaching & Learning Services (Course Capture, Clickers, Academic Integrity, Online Course Evaluations, DIY Media, Gradescope):

Our drop-in and scheduled support hours will remain the same throughout the week. For urgent support matters,  please email bcourseshelp@berkeley.edu adding “urgent” in the subject line.

Our teams will work to respond to requests as quickly as possible during this time. We appreciate your patience.
