Due to a labor action scheduled on May 16, 2019, ETS currently expects delays in responses for many of our services including bCourses and classroom technology due to limited capacity anticipated at CSS IT Help Desk during and after the labor strike. Classroom Technology Support:
Classroom support Help Desk hours are expected to remain the same: 7:30 am - 8 pm Monday - Friday. The teams will work to respond to requests as quickly as possible during this time. Delays in response time may occur.
bCourses + Teaching & Learning Services (Clickers, Academic Integrity, Online Course Evaluations, DIY Media, Gradescope, Ally):
Our drop-in and scheduled support hours will remain the same throughout the week. For urgent support matters, please email firstname.lastname@example.org adding “urgent” in the subject line.
Grading + CalCentral:
Please consult the Office of Registrar Grading resources. If you cannot access your grading link in CalCentral, you may not have been assigned to the correct role and access in the class schedule.
