ETS is pleased to announce Jean Cheng has joined the team as the Program Manager for the Academic Innovation Studio. Jean will be the first to hold the position for the new faculty and research technology and innovation hub which held its grand opening celebration September 21, 2016. Jean joined the team September 26. In her role as Program Manager, Jean will help coordinate the highly popular space as well as develop and implement growth and outreach strategies on behalf of the partners who provide service in the AIS.
Jean comes to Berkeley from San Francisco's famed Exploratorium where she functioned as a Director for Digital Learning in their Institute for Research and Learning providing coordination and management of their educator professional development programs. In addition, Jean brings a wealth of experience with web, video, and mobile apps in promotion of programs to help instructors and researchers make the most out of the AIS.
