Early in fall 2016, the Office of the Registrar implemented a new classroom information and management tool, called 25Live , ETS is pleased to be a partner in deploying this new tool. 25Live, part of the larger Student Information Systems Project, provides campus with a new one-stop resource for classroom details and scheduling functions.

A new resources hub for creating accessible online course content is now available to the campus community. The accesscontent.berkeley.edu site was officially launched October 2016 as a tool to assist anyone on campus creating digital course content. The site offers help resources, training, guidelines and best practices.

This morning, Canvas engineers deployed better error handling to collect the necessary data from Crocodoc, so they can better help them identify the recent timeouts that are causing these intermittent issues for individual papers.

We are excited to announce a new collaboration between ETS and Campus Shared Services IT (CSS IT) to enhance support for ETS online services. Beginning later this semester CSS IT will provide email, web, and phone support to faculty, staff, and students for ETS online services: bCourses, Clickers, Academic Integrity (Turnitin, iThenticate), Course Capture, Suite C, and Online Evaluation of Courses.
