On October 28, the current bCourses "Grading History" feature will be replaced with a new "Gradebook History" tool, which will allow this tool to be accessed in large courses. The legacy "Grading History" feature was limited to courses with under 2000 gradebook entries, making it unavailable in courses with a large number of students and/or graded assignments.

bCourses has been updated to assign CalCentral 5-PROXY/APRX designees with teaching responsibilities as the Lead TA in bCourses sites. This work was completed to better support large courses where the instructor of record delegates course management and oversight responsibilities in CalCentral.
When granting the Lead TA role to 5-PROXY/APRX designees in bCourses, there is first a check made to ensure that the individual has teaching responsibilities. This prevents administrative, non-teaching 5-PROXY/APRX designees from being granted unnecessary access to individual courses.
