ETS utilizes the campus ServiceNow knowledge management or knowledge base system to organize our help and support documents. The ServiceNow knoweldge base works like a web search engine, but limits the results to our documents.
You can search across all ETS documents in ServiceNow.
ServiceNow knowledge base Tips
- Use the links from the service pages in Discover Services, or add the service name to the search box to discover documents for a specific service.
- To search across all participating Berkeley areas, use the drop-down arrow near the search bar to change the search parameters.
- ServiceNow will take you away from the ETS website. Consider opening the search pages in a new tab or window.
