Classroom Equipment Request

Checkout remains unavailable during campus restrictions.

The regular equipment checkout service will resume when normal campus operations are back in place.

Equipment loans that were due back in Spring 2020 continue to be extended until further notice. Clients with equipment items due back have been notified via email. Please email classroomav@berkeley.edu(link sends e-mail) if you have any questions or concerns-- we’re here to help!

CalNet users, if you are not immediately redirected to the CalNet authentication page, please try these steps:

  1. Login on the ETS website using the login link in the blue footer (https://www.ets.berkeley.edu/cas?destination=node/697)
  2. Now go to the top menu on the page and click on Find Support > Request Forms > Classroom Equipment Request
  3. You should be logged into CalNet with your name prefilled in the form and able to proceed
  4. If steps 1-3 do not work, try changing your browser identity in the upper right corner of your browser window
