- Login with your CalNet ID and password (basic information will be populated for you)
CalNet users, if you are not immediately redirected to the CalNet authentication page, please try these steps:
- Login on the ETS website using the login link in the blue footer (https://www.ets.berkeley.edu/cas?destination=node/697)
- Now go to the top menu on the page and click on Find Support > Request Forms > Classroom Equipment Request
- You should be logged into CalNet with your name prefilled in the form and able to proceed
- If steps 1-3 do not work, try changing your browser identity in the upper right corner of your browser window
